What is the Stretford Town Centre
Partnership?
We are a non-for-profit organisation
working to ensure improvements to the town
centre are made to support its growth,
vitality and development.
We represent key stakeholders from local
businesses, major retailers, leisure
services, property developers, academic
institutions, community groups and
Trafford Council.
The partnership is recognised as a
representative body of those who have an
interest in the development of the town
centre, communicates with all businesses
and holds a meeting for its members once
every two months.
Our objectives:–
- to promote and raise the
profile of Stretford Town Centre as a
place to shop, relax and enjoy
- to increase membership and influence
of Town Centre Partnership
- to create an environment
that is something to be proud of,
attractive to residents and visitors
alike
- to create a safe and secure
town centre which discourages all forms
of crime
- to ensure Stretford town centre can
be accessed by all in a safe
manner
The Partnership achieves its objectives
by working together in a positive,
flexible and integrated manner. The
partnership also co-ordinates the
development of new schemes and projects
that make a positive contribution to the
town centre.
